To increase the enterprise’s image in the eyes of interested parties, such as internal and external participants in the business processes, is one of the major problems of modern business. In this regard, companies become interested in the introduction of a corporate social responsibility concept as a tool to enhance economic efficiency. To use the corporate social responsibility concept correctly domestic enterprises require a common methodological tool, which is the main purpose of the present article. To achieve this goal the authors analyze existing approaches to understanding of this concept and offer their own interpretation
