Internal labour policy is the most important characteristic, the inherent property of labour relations in the organization. The regulation of labour discipline at the local level is the most important duty of the employer. The article discusses different approaches of modern authors to the definition of “labour discipline” and “internal labour policy”. The article gives an analysis of the rules of organization’s internal labour regulations, the issues of its establishment and adoption are shown. The comparative characteristics of the rules of organization’s internal labour regulations, statutes and regulations on discipline is given. The author makes some suggestions for improving the provisions of the Labour Code which regulate the issues of labour discipline
