As a result of globalization processes in economics the majority of national resource-producing enterprises became the participants of transnational technological chains. Owing to the lack of advanced refining of the Russian primary mineral resources on the territory of the Russian Federation, the state suffers considerable economic losses. The article presents the objective necessity of state control over the usage of natural resources. The authors raise the questions of organizational-legal provision for performing the state audit of technological chains with Russian participation from the positions of cost effectiveness
